1. What is a SaltFacial?

The SaltFacial is a revolutionary three-step treatment that uses all-natural sea salt exfoliation, aesthetic ultrasound and LED phototherapy to restore, replenish and rejuvenate the skin.

2. Are walk-ins welcomed?

We do not take any walk-ins, since we have one esthetician on staff and her schedule is usually very full. We advise making your appointments in advance so she can give you the attention and care you deserve.

3. Are there any cancellation charges if I miss my appointment?

When booking appointments we need to have a credit or debit card number on file to hold the appointment time. If you same day cancel or no-show your appointment there is a $50 fee. If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment please give us 24 hours notice.

4. How safe is the SaltFacial?

The SaltFacial is safe for all skin types and tones with little to no downtime.

5. Are there any side effects?

You my experience dry or flaking skin, redness or pinkness and possible stinging around sensitive areas; near the eyes for example. These side effects should lessen after 24-48 hours.

6. How many sessions should I have?

We recommend at least four SaltFacial sessions for the best results. The SaltFacial, as with all skincare services, can and should be repeated monthly for continued skin maintenance and optimal results.

7. How much does a SaltFacial  cost?

The SaltFacial is $235 for one treatment. We also offer packages: $705 for four treatments (buy three get one free).

8. How long does it take to see results?

You may notice visible results after your first treatment. Patients have noticed improvement in the skin’s tone, texture and color after their first SaltFacial.

9. Is there any pain?

The SaltFacial is typically a pain-free treatment. Some patients have expressed stinging in areas where the skin in thinner or more sensitive, like on the forehead or near the eyes.

10. Will it immediately hydrate my skin?

Aesthetic ultrasound drives powerful antioxidants deep into skin tissue to be absorbed at a 30 percent higher level than simply applying products topically. This helps stimulate collagen and hydrate the skin from the inside out to reveal healthier and younger looking skin.

11. Will My Insurance Cover Treatment?

Insurance will not cover any skin, injectable or surgical services at Arijai. We do accept financing through Care Credit, which you can use towards spa services as well.

12. Who Is a Good Candidate?

Anyone is a good candidate for The SaltFacial. It’s safe on all skin types and tones and can be used to treat multiple skin concerns including acne, stretch marks, scarring, sun damage and more.
