Unused Pre-purchased Services: - Unused pre-purchased services at Arijai Aesthetic & Wellness can be refunded, provided that the request is made within 90 days from the date of purchase. - Refunds for unused pre-purchased services will be issued in the original form of payment or as spa credit, based on the client's preference. - Refund requests made beyond the 90 day period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Products: - Products purchased at Arijai Aesthetic & Wellness can be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. - To be eligible for a product refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. - Refunds for products will be issued in the original form of payment or as spa credit, based on the client's preference. - Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.
